Goalscoring midfield player whose goals did much to assure 2 promotions for Argyle, but he got injured (during the warm-up, of all things!) in only his second game, so we never really saw enough of him in the inexorable spiral towards relegation to know whether we'd picked up a bargain or a dud. Frankly, though he clearly has some talent, for Forest he has never cut it, socring only one goal (a scrambled header against Walsall) and never appearing to get to grips with his role in midfield (though, to be fair, he seldom had much of a run of games to show it).

Rumour has it that Colin Calderwood's arrival did little to improve his standing or, more importantly, his attitude, to the extent that he was not even given a squad number for 2006 - 2007 season. He retired shortly after the season started, setting up as an agent - an activity at which he appears to have no little talent; it was Friio who spotted Guy Moussi at SCO Angers and did much to facilitate his arrival in Nottingham..

Sold to:
Retired, 16 August 2006

Final Game:
21 January 2006 vs Rotherham United (Millmoor)
Coca-Cola League One - drew 1-1
